Ten of Wands
Wands is the suit of fire — drive, creativity, and the will to act.
Upright
burden, overcommitment, the load carried alone
A figure staggers under ten staves, unable to see past them. The work got done and the cost is being paid now. Upright, this is the honest picture of taking on too much — often out of competence rather than obligation, since capable people get handed more.
Reversed
putting it down, delegating, collapse
Reversed, the load shifts. At best that means finally handing something off or admitting the whole armful was never yours; at worst it means dropping everything at once. Either way, the card says the current arrangement does not continue.
Every draw here is a real quantum draw — Ten of Wands is one of the 78 you might get, and a friend of your choosing reads it aloud.
