Upright
spark, new venture, raw enthusiasm
A hand offers a sprouting branch out of a cloud. This is the first flare of wanting to make something — an idea that makes you sit up, energy arriving before the plan does. Upright, it says start while the spark is hot; the shape can be worked out on the way.
Reversed
false start, delay, energy that fizzles
Reversed, the spark does not catch. The idea is real but the timing, the resources, or the nerve is missing, and forcing it now tends to waste it. It also marks the enthusiasm that burns out the moment actual work appears.
